- What if I don’t want to use my credit card online?
- In order to offer this product at our low price, we must complete all transactions online. TurnHere will not store your credit card information, and all transactions are secure. Feel free to call (888) 858-8383 with any questions you may have.
- What will my video look like?
- You can view samples of similar business videos by checking our Video Gallery in the main menu.
- What is the process for getting my video made?
- The process is easy and straightforward. Check the Production Process section of the site for all the details.
- How long will the shoot take?
- The shoot lasts 60-90 minutes from start to finish. The filmmaker films the business and conducts an interview with you or a spokesperson of your choice. Once that’s done, everything else is completed offsite.
- Will I have to close my business for the shoot?
- No, TurnHere uses one filmmaker and takes advantage of natural lighting to eliminate the need for complex set up and shooting requirements.
- Do I need to write a script?
- It’s up to you! We’ve found the best videos include interview-type audio comments; but if you want to use a script you’re welcome to. Our filmmakers will know what to shoot to make a great video either way.
- Who will be in the video?
- TurnHere specializes in making interview-driven videos that feature you or your chosen representative from your company. Additionally, having a testimonial from an employee or customer always helps.
- How long does the process take from start to finish?
- Once the film shoot has been completed, the process is incredibly fast. The time from shoot to finished video is approximately 14 days.
- Will I get to make changes to the movie?
- You’ll be able to review the movie in a private online screening room. If there are errors such as spelling mistakes in names or titles you can request corrections at that time.
- Can I choose the music?
- Unfortunately not. Due to the difficult legal environment surrounding music use in video TurnHere manages the music selection in accordance with state and federal law.
- Can I provide my own footage or pictures?
- TurnHere is unable to add existing footage. However you can provide the filmmaker with pictures you would like to include in the video. You can also upload these images in your video preview room when reviewing your video.
- How many different locations are allowed for the shoot?
- Due to the short shoot time only one location is permitted. This can either be at the place of business or, if you are a service provider, at a job site.
- How will I get my finished video?
- Your video will be delivered to you via an embed code. You can use this code to put your video on your web site, blog or other online profiles. We will also provide a downloadable video file that is configured to play on popular mobile devices such as the iPod, iPhone, etc. You can also use this file for in store display on computer monitors.
Embed Help
- What is embed code?
- Embed code is code that can be used to insert your video on your web site or blog. The nice part about embed code is that you don’t have to worry about moving the video file around to each different location you want to share it on the web.
- How do I add my video to my web site?
- To embed your video on your web site simply copy the embed code from the email and add it to your web site code where you want the video to appear. If you typically use a web master to make these kinds of updates simply provide them with the code and instruct them where to put it.
- What if it doesn’t work on my web site?

Double check that you copied ALL of the embed code starting with the <object> and ending with the </object> tags. The number-one cause of videos not playing is missing parts of the code.
If you’re adding it to a blog or web site through a Web-based administrative panel that you insert it in code view and not through the visual editor. Look for an “HTML” or “Code” tab to see the code view, then insert the embed code.

Video Distribution
- Where will my video appear?

Once your video is approved, we will provide you with a video player via an embed code [see: Embed Help] and video streaming for one year which allows you to add the video to the Web site(s) of your choice. Your video will be added to top video sites such as YouTube, Yahoo! Video and Daily Motion and it will be matched to your business listing on Google Local & Maps and Google Earth.
If you purchased video services from TurnHere through one of our partners, your video may appear on your profile page on that partner’s web site as well as any additional distribution they may provide. - How much does this service cost?
- This extended distribution is $19.99 per month and can be added to your free video when you place your order.
- How long does it take before my videos are distributed to these other sites?
- Because we don’t control the other sites in our distribution network we can’t guarantee you an exact date that your videos will be live; but generally-speaking your video will be up within two weeks of receiving your final approval.
- Do I need to do anything extra to get this distribution?
- Nope. It is automatically included when you purchase a video direct from TurnHere. If you’ve purchased your video from one of our partners please check with them for information on your video distribution options.
